The Divorce Workbook: A Hands-on Approach to Everything a Divorce is an affordable option that opens your eyes to every aspect of divorce. The Divorce Workbook is for those exploring or going through a divorce. Most divorce self-help books tell a narrative of the author's divorce story with some useful tips but are generally passive reading. At the Divorce Workshop, we chose instead to create a workbook that will get you actively engaged. The intent of the workbook is to help you examine your own behavior and motivations in the divorce, as our actions can be driven by many confusing thoughts and emotions. This confusion can cloud our judgment at a time when it is imperative to make the best decisions for your children and your own future. This practical workbook will give you an advantage by showing you a way to approach your divorce differently and avoid the many pitfalls. Each section of the workbook has its own self-tests, informative mental and emotional exercises (workouts), and useful tips and resources. It is designed with the objective of helping you move successfully through each of the six areas of your divorce.

Engaging in pen-on-paper writing workouts and self-tests found in The Divorce Workbook offers significant benefits when working through a divorce. These workouts and self-tests provide structured opportunities to reflect on your thoughts and feelings, promoting self-awareness and helping you process the emotions that you may be experiencing. These self-tests also provide results that offer some useful suggestions that you may consider when facing situations that are complex and multilayered. Moreover, these workouts and self-tests prompt self-reflection and problem-solving, empowering you to take a more proactive and decision-making role when working with your legal representative. This workbook will make you comfortable and more knowledgeable in every aspect of the divorce process: insights, legal, emotional, financial, co-parenting, and your recovery. Understanding the divorce process better will help you navigate the complexities of divorce with more clarity, less anxiety, and resilience. The Divorce Workbook has been designed to simplify and demystify the divorce process. It will help you by identifying in simple language the important aspects when creating a separation agreement, teach you ways to manage your emotions, familiarize you with your new role as a co-parent, and efficiently help you manage the expensive legal and financial challenges of divorce as quickly and as economically as possible.
